We are a family-owned doll and teddy bear specialty shop located in Chicago’s Norwood Park neighborhood. Since 1981, our mother–daughter team has offered a wide range of antique, vintage, and modern collectible dolls, teddy bears, plush animals, dollhouse miniatures, clothing and accessories. We also provide professional doll repair services and appraisals for personal collections and estates.

What types of dolls and teddy bears do you offer?
We carry:
- Antique and vintage dolls (including French and German bisque, composition, hard plastic, and more)
- Modern collectibles such as Barbie, Tonner, Fashion Royalty, Poppy Parker, and Integrity Toys
- Teddy bears and plush animals from brands like Steiff, as well as handmade artist bears
- Dollhouse miniatures, doll furniture, accessories, and clothing
Do you offer doll repair services?
Yes! Our Doll Hospital offers professional cleaning, restringing, limited repairs & repainting, wig replacement, and restyling. Whether you’re restoring a family heirloom or preparing a piece for display, we take great care with every doll and plush animal.
How does your layaway program work?
We offer layaway for in-store and online purchases:
- A 20% deposit is required to reserve your item
- We ask for monthly payments until the balance is paid in full
- Layaways without payments more than 30 days late will be cancelled, and deposits are non-refundable
- Layaway items are non-transferable and non-refundable
What payment and shipping methods do you accept?
Payment options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, personal checks, postal money orders, and cash.
Shipping methods:
We ship via UPS Ground (for domestic orders) and USPS Priority Mail (especially to P.O. boxes and international destinations). All items are insured for their full value. International customers are responsible for any taxes or customs duties.
What is your return policy?
Please contact us within two days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Unauthorized or COD returns will be refused.
Do you buy dolls and teddy bears? Do you offer appraisals?
Yes! We buy antique and vintage dolls and teddy bears, either individually or as part of a larger collection. We also offer appraisals for insurance purposes or estate evaluations. Please contact us to discuss what you have—we’re always happy to help!
Can I find your inventory online?
Yes, alot of it! In addition to our main website, we operate a large eBay store gigisdolls2010 featuring thousands of dolls, bears, and accessories. You can also purchase gift cards or browse our blog and news section to stay up to date with what’s new in our shop.

- We have also hosted the NADDA Chicago Doll Show and participate in doll and teddy bear events across the country.
