 Preorders

Manufacturers will sometimes produce a limited number of an item, in that case we will encourage you to place a preorder. Or, if you are interested in something in particular we can place a special order just for you. A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required on all special orders and preorders.

Returns

For returns of any kind, please call within two days of receiving your merchandise for a return authorization. We will instruct you on how to send the parcel back. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender for cancelled orders, including any additional charges incurred on the return of the parcel. Returns on unwanted orders that have been shipped and received by the customer are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additional charges incurred due to wrong procedures being followed, will be charged to the customer. Any returns not sent back via our specifications will be refused.  COD's and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All goods must be returned in the original shipping box in pristine condition.

Shipping

Within the United States we ship by UPS (United Parcel Service). UPS is unable to ship to a PO Box.       All packages are shipped UPS Ground, quicker deliveries will require additional charges. The United States Post Office is the carrier we use for overseas shipments. Overseas customers are responsible for taxes and duty within their country. There are two types of services; International Express Mail (usually a 3-5 day delivery) or International Priority Mail (formerly called Air Parcel, usually takes 5-10 Days).All shipping quotes we give you will include insurance. All parcels are very carefully and properly wrapped and boxed to secure safe arrival. Insurance is extra and will be added to all orders. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

We do accept personal checks and money orders. Merchandise will be held and not shipped until after the checks have been cleared by the bank. Please make payable to Gigi's Dolls and Sherry's Teddy Bears.

 Layaway

We do offer layaway. A 20% deposit is required as the first payment. Layaway payments are required each month until it is paid in full! If any layaway payment is more than 30 days late the layaway will be considered cancelled and all payments/deposits will be forfeited. Deposits and payments are nonrefundable and may not be transferred to another item. Please contact us regarding a layaway plan to fit your needs.
