Throughout the years, Ambrosio has amassed quite the Barbie collection, with some of her favorite antique pieces dating back to the 1950s. Her collection is said to be worth thousands, and as of today, she has “about 60” in her collection, reports Glamour magazine, and she shows no signs of stopping.
While Ambrosio loves to seek out the dolls herself in shops and online marketplaces, she admits to a bit of embarrassment. Fortunately, now she has the perfect excuse: she simply tells people that her 7-year-old daughter Anja is the real collector, but everyone knows that isn’t exactly true.
Ambrosio herself would love to be captured in Barbie form, she’d be far from the first celeb to be made into a Barbie.
